iRacing

I think races completed and maybe even clean overtakes should be calculated as part of a drivers iRating.

Maybe is deliberately easy to get higher licences to encourage the purchase of more content.

I must be the worlds most useless driver ever at Lime Rock Chicane. No matter how many times I drive it I cannot get the Chicane right. Also every 10 laps or so I spin off on the last corner.

My Iracing has gone from 1700 to 1250 and my SR from 4.6 to 3.4... Think it might be time to stop playing this track!

I think too many people are missing out on the lower level racing (mx5 etc) im staying with this until I get consistent good times and good results. No point going to an RUF if im finishing middle to bottom of the field!

Its exactly this mate, as soon as I got promoted to C Class I spent $100 dollars on contents that I have never actually used (except in practice ofc)

or finishing in a hedge xD this is my thinking, more likely to buy some more tracks first than cars :p

The same problems exist in the lower licence series, you still get the same banzai idiots.

But I would also say that the Ruf Track used in GT3 is easier to drive than the MX5 and the Ruf C Spec. So you'd expect the GT3 races to be cleaner.

And I hate Lime Rock with a passion.

Loving the C Spec around Zolder, still not joined a race, just online practice sessions, time down to a respectable 1.33:2xx fast guys do a 1.31:1xx average field in a practice session are in the 34's and above. Might dip my toe into an offical race later today and see how i get on with no quali time.

Go for it.

Just concentrate on clean laps and finishing. I seriously doubt you'll have any problems, not with your own ability. It's the banzai idiots you've got to watch out for.

Nice mate, I really need to buy that track and give it a go.

I've had it for ages but it's never been in the rotation of the series I've been driving at the time. I've done some practice laps there in the Lotus 49, not very successfully.

Right, we've all had idiots but nothing compares to the retard I've just dealt with! Coming up the straight on the Grand Touring MC Race, he literally just rammed me twice to get me off track!!! Im reporting this one as its just flat out intentional!

Neither do i cuffy, or the one after, have the last 2 of the season, think ill be buying them however, as im really enjoying the C Spec, yea its a handful at times but its quite rewarding seeing the times plummet. As for Zolder, its a lovely flowing track, but them chicanes are a pain in the back side, first and second ones are killer ones, the last one is tricky but done right can gain a little bit of time.
