thats not totally true.The AMD 6 core is already slower than current intel tech

just because u overclock doesn't mean everybody wants to overclock.No it doesn't
If the 6 cores AMD's ere faster than my i7 920 running @ 4ghz I would be running one in a flash.
They aren't so I'm not.
is there like some kind of massive difference between amd processors when compared to intels that im not aware of?

Edit: edit failNot in price/performance when you factor in your other costs.
If your going to use 6 cores go for it I would say it will last you a good few years with graphics card upgrades.
