I sometimes wonder if it would be acceptable for me to take a catapult or super soaker and regularly take aim at all the neighbours cats that regularly crap all over my lawn.

I'd be more than happy if the cat owners came and cleared it up for me.

When dogs go they pretty much do it there and then,even if the owner is pulling its still going to drop its load..as long as the owner picked it up i wouldn't personally be bothered..nothing the rain wont sort out with the left skidders.

But if he keeps on doing it,Then it would be a problem.

I try to keep my dog off other's gardens but sometimes she strays on while on the long lead.

Well she shouldn't. Get a shorter lead and control your dog, it's irresponsible and careless to let your dog "stray" on to gardens when it's on a lead.

I honestly don't understand how people let this happen - control your animal, pay attention!
