There was a program on telly recently called billionaire girl. And this rich girl Tamarra went to a bar with her mats and ordered 2 or 3 bottles of champaign at 87$k each.

Even if I had over 8 billion $ usa then I would not throw money about like that.

I wonder how rich she must be to get knocked as described.

Yes, when you have that much money you can buy anything you want and so the that fast car you always wanted will not feel that special to you.

To me the sweet spot is to hav around 2m in liquid assets, with that sort of money you can really enjoy our self but you still do not have enough to go and buy anything you want.

You know this from personal experience do you? :p

Is her reality less moral than a person who earns the national average? Probably.

You'd have to be living in a selfish little bubble not to know that having money implies some responsibility for others less fortunate.

Shes one of Bernie Ecclestones daughters, so when you think rich, shes super rich (I doubt she is in her own right though, probably more than well-off though)

Bernies nearly hitting $5 billion IIRC

87k for a drink is quite ridiculous. Having said that if you have the money, and like the taste, why not?

Think I'd be quite happy with my bottle of Fanta though, regardless of money.

Once it gets to the point where money becomes meaningless then yes. Nobody needs billions, countries need billions, people don't.

Honestly... if I had 15 billion I'd probably start funding projects for the government just for fun.

Can't afford two aircraft carriers? I'll get that for you... No I insist...

I often find rich people who i often come into contact with are greedy arrogant,it's totally obvious that money made them that way,and the more the wealth the more the attitude they have against us peasants with very little:( you see it all the times on these forums people sticking up for the rich.

Id start the Knight Foundation and be Michael Knight - Id have KITT for the workday and Street Hawk for the weekends - damn Sunday drivers ...
