Could you recomend a decent cpu cooler that would fit and be good for overclocking ?

those are pretty cool chips as they are, but if you really want to make sure it keeps cold during long gaming hours something like this would do great...10x better than the stock cooler from Intel.

Am not too sure TBH i have a copy of vista and several Xp copies but someone said windows 7 is good any ideas or which would be better ?

windows 7 isn't out for a little while.

is your copy of vista or xp, the 64-bit version?

Hmm with those specs, i wouldnt go xp, nor windows 7, its still in the beta stage which means its still not yet compatable with some hard/software and games, if i were you i would go vista home premium/ultimate 64bit of course for the system/graphics ram to be fully utilised

My Vista is 64bit premium.
not sure what my xp is ?

Nice, i would just use that x64 premium mate, thats what im currently using and works a treat.!

and to S.A.S i have had mine for just over 2 years and used it many of my systems in that time and had been rock solid stable, great with overclocking, it has so much power.!
