Is it safe to eat sausages that expired 3 days ago?

not using oil, it solves the poor contact area. You telling me I'm going to have to do a sausage filming session on Sunday?

I tend to cook sausages in the oven these days. Sprinkle some vegetable oil over them, fairly low heat (like gas mark 4), leave 'em half an hour to 40 minutes and they come out cooked through and yummy :D

Maybe I should go get some for the weekend and give you some exact times....failing that, ask Johnny69 for a some advice - he seems pretty handy with an apron!
