Is Jeremy Kyle God?

today he has been a 14y/o pregnant girl that got kicked out of home - either that or he was a mum who kicked his 14y/o daughter out of home

pretty impressive, so i would agree he is god

a mum who kick HIS daughter out... sounds like something for jerry not jeremy

i'd say he's better than the others like jerry, the american ones do go over the time, but they do it so that they can keep the ratings up, can't deny sometimes jeremy's people do go over the top. and yes its filmed in manchester, hence why most are from up north

Spokeswoman for ITV said:
We do not recognise the district judge's description of our programme, or his opinion of the viewing public and the people who choose to take part in our programme in an effort to resolve their problems.

Ah, gotta love the whole "I do not recognise the authority of this court" argument as also used by Milosevic and various other nutters. It doesn't matter whether they recognise the jurisdiction, the punishment can impact on them just the same.

And for the original question, Jeremy Kyle is not god, in fact he is one of the many reasons I'm entirely happy not to have a TV 99% of the time.

What are some of the other reasons you dont have a TV?

Do you really want me to go through the TV listings? :p

Slightly more seriously, I have no real need for one. Most TV programmes are dross, it is usually only the sports or occasionally the news that I would want to watch and I can go to the pub/mates house to watch that or even watch it online often enough. DVDs play quite happily through my PC so it is a pointless expense having a TV and accompanying licence at the moment plus not having a TV means I'm more likely to go out and meet up with mates, do sports or something/anything that isn't just sitting in the house. :)

Hate him and his crappy show and all the others like it.

What's the point in it? To give some lowlifes 20 minutes on tv, so they can go back to doing what they've always done - wasting oxygen!

Seriously who would actually want to go on these shows? If you have problems and you seriously want to change, you wouldn't want to make a fool of yourself by going on tv and letting people see what a mess your life is. So the only reason to go on these programs, as far as I can tell, is to have your 20 minutes in front of the cameras.

Like most daytime tv - its an utter waste of time.

has any one noticed that most of them come from the north of the UK
wonder why ?

Totally depends on the area.....i got called a mail body part for crossing at the lights and making it hard on myself by taking a very tight turning circle on my bike because she decided she would walk in my path rather than follow every other pedestrian.

Sat on youtube watching jeremy kyle videos for an hour last night because of this thread though :o
