Is my memory broken?

Why not just upgrade?

I stuck another stick of 4GB in my head the other day, I can multiprocess like a woman now. :)

Ever since I started doing maths my me

I've been finding it harder to remember things ever since I started doing human biology.

Well, memory probably does get worse as you age, but, maybe its just something as simple as working harder, not eating more food, your body just isn't working as well.

When you're tired your brain certainly isn't working as efficiently. Then again theres also a limit to how much information you can take in, in a day, if you're just that busy, some stuff will get lost in the mix. Try eating a little better/more often, see if its simply tiredness/lack of correct nutrition. I'm sure its nuts that are supposed to by and large be good brain food, carry a pack with you and have a few between sessions, keep your energy levels a little higher and a pick me up before every meeting might help you remember the meeting a bit better.

Isn't that largely why therapists take notes, because its simply not feasable to remember everything said to patients throughout the day if you're seeing a lot of people. Do the same, take notes, then you can glance over them later in the day, a quick list of what you did, seeing the list later on will reinforce the memories so a day later, you'll have a better recollection of what you did.

Carry a notepad with you everywhere you go and write everything worth remembering down as soon as you think of it.

Why trust your memory when it takes almost no effort to write things down?

Not being a pyschologist (or in any way qualified to talk about such matters) I'd suspect that in a "menial" job without much in the way of mental stimulation your mind would remember other trivial matters to keep itself occupied while now you've got a job where you actually have to regularly think for a living you don't divert as much brain power to remembering the pointless minutae of life.

Of course if you're forgetting the important stuff too then you may well have a problem and your brain is only one good headshake away from running out your nose like a chunky milkshake.

I assume your not drinking/doing drugs or on any medications? This is also a likely cause of memory loss.

You should try some proper brain exercises (not the ones on the Nintendo DS) if you fancy getting your neurons firing properly again.
