Is overclocking FX60 useless?

Pretty sure this guy posted some doctored screenshots of his "FX60 results" a few weeks back. take it with a pinch..handful of salt.

Yet to cpuz validate..

3.4 is not high, as he just stated most are hitting 3.5-3.6 on the same cooling.

I'm also taking a guess that you're not stable, as you claim your at 70-80 degrees at that speed on a vapo.

Please provide a CPU-Z Verified screeny, some benchies with temps ,and also try re-mount your vapo, as those temps are insanely high.

i agree 3.4ghz inst great....i said that from day 1
just putting my input in being as i have one
just trying to find a good enough mobo....i dont rate DFI for FX60

Have you tried posting on DFI Street, the DFI support is second to none.

I agree the boards can be "problematic" but once running well, they're outstanding.
