Is Rapidshare down?

I wondered about that. I don't know, I just read stuff about Sky, Virgin and Talk Talk 'blocking' it :confused: http://rapidshare.com just hangs on 'waiting for rapidshare.com' for ages and then fails, however http://ssl.rapidshare.com works perfectly! Connecting to rapidshare.com also works fine from my phone on Orange Internet, so I can only assume it's the ISP, though I don't know much about ISPs and how they work etc
