Maybe my guess work is off. All I know is that I put around £80 in a month and I keep it very local.

£80 a month is a negligable cost to most car users. if thats an issue, how do you cope with servicing and repairs?

I think the point is that I was putting in around half that amount per month. It's manageable, but was a bit of a shock to start with.
