Is this a good pc build on a budget, any bottlenecking on Fortnite 1080p ultra low settings?

The PSU is massive over kill you would be fine with a budget 600/700w

CPU is Fine but the 5700x is cheaper and just as good, is some case better

Should be more than capable. I'm using a 5600x and a Nvidia 3050 and playing 1440p and average 200fps using performance mode.

you'll be fine..at home got a 5800x with a 3080fe so that'll be on a par with the 6800xt
only thing i can think of was if buying new now I'd go for a am5 with a 7600 build. It'll give you a good uplift in fps as the 7600 is just faster...and being current platform and not eol, has a better upgrade path..you can get something like a gigabyte b650 eagle for £140, and have seen the asus tuf b650 gaming wifi on offer for £155(both have wifi so no need to buy usb adaptor)...a 7600 cpu new is £188, but they do pop up 2nd hand for less..same for ram last couple weeks seen 32gb 6000c36 go for £80 or yesterday someone sold gskill trident z5 neo rgb 6000c30 for £100
if sticking with am4, a 5600x will offer similar performance so see how much cheaper it is in comparison
As wingman says, 1050W psu overkill a little..if on a budget you can drop that down and save a bit there..even a 850w psu will give you wiggle room for future upgrade..a rm850e atx3.0 version can be had for £110 atm

if you mean DLSS your dropping the render down to 720p

At 1440p DLSS will give you
Quality: 1707x960p
Balance: 1485x835p
Performance: 1280x720p
Ultra Perf: 853x480p

Nope, there's 3 modes available. DX11, DX12 and performance mode.

The information from Nvidia says performance mode is down scaled to 720p the text I put up is from the Nv website

I’ve had this argument so many times. DLSS down scale’s that’s what it dose

I think Gary means performance mode in Fortnite rather than the DLSS preset.

You could be right. But I’m going to assume it’s still down in res a 3050 is not doing 200fps at 1440

Edit
From there site..
Performance Mode is made possible by lowering in-game visual quality to increase frame rate.

Tetras is correct.

The 5600x does the majority of the heavy lifting for the 200 FPS as I was previously running a 3770K with the 3050 (typing this out now the 3050 was probably bottlenecked) and seeing less than 100fps after Epic upgraded to UE5
