Is this computer chair worth it

a chair thread and the staples kashmir hasnt been recommended yet? whats wrong OcUK.

if your buying a chair i recommend heading to a couple of shops and sitting on the things before you buy it, because a chair is a personal thing and you might not like what some people do. however, before i knew that the staples kashmir was the OcUK favourite i went to staples, sat in about 30 chairs and found that the kashmir was a million times better than everything else. its the closest thing you will get to an armchair on casters.

I agree with these guys. I've had mine a couple of years now and swear by it. It's nice and comfy and, after two years, there's no sign of any fatigue or weakness - and I weigh 17 1/2 stone.

Ha Ha Ha

Someone pick me up off the floor, i can not stop laughing.

The Ikea Markus is a load of rubbish, typical Ikea rubish.

My advice go on ebay and get a proper ergonomic chair

second hand / bankrupt stock etc

Have a look for brands like steelcase, orangebox, boss, humanscale etc they will last for decades, even with heavy use. And be much better for you as well, as they are properly designed.

Something along the lines of

i paid £165 for my chair, it is metal with oak leg inserts, and dark brown leather, well padded and such a joy to spend a gaming session in, so comfy i wouldnt mind wearing a catheter.

i do believe with seats that you get what you pay for, same as beds

About a year ago I needed a chair urgently, standing up using the computer is difficult and unless your monitor has excellent viewing angles porn looks wrong, so I bought a £20 chair in Morrisons. The other week the stayie up bit stopped working and always bottoms out.

Not bad, a year or so out of a £20 chair. I shall buy a better one this time.

:p

(I'm such a child! :D)

I will have to post a chair I found in *a huge flatpack sweedish shop* 2 days ago, my girlfriend would not let me have it, but it was amazing. It was fabric but was quite hard for posture but so comfy!
