When you say your seeing her, I assume you mean you haven't popped the question for her to be your girlfriend yet? Is this your first "close girlfriend" kinda thing or? Also, how often do you see her?

What you've said certainly sounds like love, however, you can't truly be in love until you know really know her. Sure you might think shes amazing and beautiful or whatnot, and she may seem perfect for you. It may feel like love, but I'm sure you can't be at that stage yet! (I'm not a believer in love at first sight).
