is this the ultimate FPS PS3 controller??

You can do something similar on the PS2
You can hook your USB mouse up and hold the consoler in one hand and operate the analogue stick trigger etc from that hand and the mouse from the other hand. Worked ok. But not great.

Who really wants every single player fps they play on the PS3 to be so easy and lacking in challenge that it takes no skill to finish? - that's what'll happen if you play a shooter designed to be played with a pad with a m&k. Who wants to have such an advantage in multiplayer that nobody else stands a chance? Using one of these would be no better than using a wallhack.

It won't make any real difference, unless the game properly supports mouses then the aiming won't be that much better, just more comfortable for you perhaps.

It will still feel sluggish and won't be very precise when aiming.

ive tried similar things in the past but as console FPS's are designed differently it never seems to work right, will be nice to see if they actually pull it off this time.

will definately be picking one up eventually
