Well not really, when christians and jews start blowing themselves up and running people down in the street then il worry about those religions.

Dont get me wrong, theres fanatics on all sides, its just Islam has a bit of monopoly on terrorism.

Only now though. Go back a bit in history and Christians werent all nice. Just seems like Islam is a bit behind.
 
Isn't a phobia irrational?

I have very rational concerns relating to Islam.... it doesn't take a rocket scientist to research why that is....

UK govt are morons. This and porn block... just lol.

Yes, it's somewhat different. The Jewish people are as much an ethnic group as a religion, in fact many Jews are not religious. The same is not true of Christians and Muslims who are of many varied ethnic groups. Consider that very little antisemitisim has anything to do with the religious view of Jews.

Speaking as someone who is firmly pro-Israeli and who has no issue with Jews, I don't think expressing antisemitic views should be illegal.

They know exactly what they’re doing, because their base knows **** all. Their voters belief literally every little piece of utter ***** on Facebook and in the rags.

A phobia is an irrational fear and it is not irrational to fear a sexist, mysogonistic, homophobic ideology from the dark ages.

What is happening to this country? All religions are choices, all choices are open to discussion and to be criticised even ridiculed, especially bad ideas like islam.

Free speech limits should only be placed on inciting to violence, that is it!

Best to just ban outward facing religion and call it a day.
Of course you can be 'whatever' faith you want but faith schools are terrible imo. Religious or racial geographic areas.. Divisive.

But Islam is a strong religion (for some) that is incompatible with our culture in UK.

I personally don't like it. I fear it becoming more and more a special case over here. Its spreading. Any religion that is able to spread in a country as 'modern' as ours is dangerous.
 
Islamaphobia is racist says the All Party Parliamentary Group on British Muslims - Hmmmmm, I never realised Islam was a race, I always thought it was a religion worshipped by people from all colours and creeds but I guess that the extra high-IQ level All Party Parliamentary Group on British Muslims knows more than the Koran itself, which doesn't restrict it's message to only those from a single race and is inclusive of people from all colours and races.

In a country which allegedly wants "Inclusion" I find it strange that we keep splitting up our laws for the interest of "special groups", which doesn't sound very inclusive to me.

In an aside, what does surprise me the most is those folks with a more left leaning ideology being happy to call people who worry about Islam "racist" yet don't themselves say anything about the anti-LGBTQ, anti-feminist aspects of Islam at the same time. I mean why be so quiet about women and gay folks being killed in Islamic ruled countries yet be happy to shout "racist" at someone who is concerned that around 100 people have been killed in the UK and many more injured in the name of Islam since 2001 by twisted idiots?

It makes no sense. Islam is pretty far right when you look at the rules it wants people to follow. Yet the far left defend it above social issues, which they also supposedly support.

They will protest about stuff like the apparent gender pay gap, but say nothing about the burka and how many women are pressured (sometimes threatened) in to covering up in public. They can't have it both ways.

Who/where are these far left people "defending Islam above social issues"?

The only thing I've personally seen is people pointing out that you can't tar billions of muslims, with the same brush as some extremist terrorists.

The current Left is almost wholly aligned with Globalism these days. It doesn't need to be and hasn't always been in the past. But the current Left / Globalist de facto alliance makes support for Islam (itself a globalist doctrine) a logical outcome. Plus there's a lot of money and support that comes with getting in bed with Turkish imams, etc. The goal of the Far Left is power. Fascism has always been an ideology of pragmatism. There's a globalist v. nationalist split in the Right as well but in the Right the nationalists are in the majority though perhaps not in control (see Trump's support base vs. the neocon-Zionist leadership in the Republican party and its talking heads). But in the Left it's overwhelmingly globalist and I can't remember the last time I had a real conversation with a non-globalist Leftists. Maybe a year ago at least. They're like hen's teeth.
