I too am with Zen - fast clean connection worth every penny

they DO have a fair use policy though ALL ISPs do, i.e. if you adversley affect netowrk performance then they will do something about it...
 
Well, I'm with tiscali.co.uk and hadn't had any problems with them untill recently. Still waiting for them tp upgrade my connection and it's coming up to a month. They have a fair usage policy naturally and their 2MB unlimited package is only £17.99 a month.
 
You deserve to be permabanned just for recommending tiscali! I had nothing but 12 months of hell with them.

If your considering tiscali as an ISP, then go one better and get dial up.
