Issues with building surveyor - advice required

Funnily enough he did just send me the survey over and there is some issues with the roof and a few other things, so at least there's that.

At least you now have the survey so that's a plus! If you need any advice don't be afraid to get in touch :)
 
The thing that really ***** me off about these things, of they simply said at the start, listen I'm really busy, could be a good few weeks, I'll try but could be X amount of weeks, plus I'll be a bit rubbish about providing updates, you be like fine, you make the decision based on that.
