Whilst in the 4th year at seceondary school I was offered 'extra curicula' work, basically helping out the IT tech and 'learning the ins and outs of a support role'
Now the school I went to had a department of 'special needs' kids, some of which were provided with laptops, which the kids got to take home. These got monthly 'servicing'.
During one of these services I switched to "Show all files inc hidden" & found a hidden folder, full of images a 14 yr old shouldn't have, especially on school property. Silly kid thought a hidden folder would stump us.
I called the tech and we shifted the pics onto a CD and replacing the hundred or so files, painstakingly coping the filenames with a single image of daffy duck and a text file saying we'd found the images and that the next occurance would be taken to the head.
The silly ***** made a complaint that we'd deleted personal files at which point we provided the CD with the files we'd discovered.
He was expelled & we got a dressing down for not taking it to the head immediately.
