I got the impression the way that played out, that nobody told vettel, that webber has the remote control for his engine, and just turned him down so that he could pass..

Sounds like team orders to me, especially Webber coming out and saying he feels like number 1 driver now.

Or they told him before the race to fake the engine problem if Webber is close and then let him past.

At least RBR did a good job of disguising it to avoid the $100k fine, but everybody has been given the green light for team orders now after the Ferrari fiasco.
