I'll temper that by saying many people were saying that about Vettel in 2008/2009. Similar for Rosberg, pre-Hamilton and having the best car in the field. Put them in a championship defining struggle with another driver and their character flaws tend to surface.

Rosberg, that is a reason to take the run off there... cheat.

Hamilton with a software issue, dropping to 4th, ending up what 5 seconds down, Rosberg getting to pit first... Hamilton wins, ate him up so easily whenever he wanted to.

Rosberg hasn't beaten a non issue Hamilton AND he has a few times not beaten a Hamilton WITH issues.
