The engine probably is more powerful than the Renault. It's the rest of the P.U letting it down !

I believe this is the case. The ICE is reportedly on par with others on the grid but where Honda are way down and way behind is the MGU-K & H. They can't harvest enough for a lap at most tracks and then are down when deploying. They end up harvesting when others are still deploying because of this too. Much work required.
