Why is F1 suddenly so arsed about muting booing crowds? Booing at Monza is part of F1 culture lol

Anyway another classic track failing to deliver. Does amuse me how it's usually the more soulless tracks that produce more dramatic races. Id say Silverstone and Interlagos are the only classic races that have a respectable ratio of good/bad races (in modern times). Spa, Suzuka, Monza, Monaco... F1 rarely delivers on these tracks despite the first two being god tier layouts.

Do we actually have to post this in every F1 thread?

Just a reminder, but consider it a pre-warning - can we not have any further derogatory name calling of drivers, team bosses and the like. We don't expect you to like every driver/team, but at least keep comments respectful.

This includes but is not limited to such terms including Lulu, Crashstappen, Karen Horner, Whingey Spice etc.

And you're coming across as someone who doesn't like facts and just attack me when others are pointing out the same facts. do one..
I'll await your excuses when Max wins the championship this season, will be interesting to hear what you come up with then.

All I said was all champions have won with some luck ( there's a fact for you) and you specifically brought up your sadness about the events at Abu Dhabi, if you're not bitter and sad almost a year on then I'm expecting pigs to fly any minute now.

See you in the Singapore thread :D

He has won this one fair and square with a very dominating car and driving at the top of his game.
At the same time he has profited from some SC luck more than most - but champions get their luck too.

From an entertainment perspective, that was a fairly boring end to an average race.

Still, from a sporting perspective, would rather see that than a free for all standing restart where the lead cars have to risk a T1 incident again, or worse a half cocked attempt at a rushed safety car restart.

When does football get replayed if the ref stuffs up? Never

No but some do go to prison for match fixing. Just look up the history of the Italian League. Plus the teams that were involved were stripped of their titles.

A result would have been AD being called nul and void. Max would still have his championship with an asterisk but deep down everyone would know the truth.
