...so if you could have anything back (materialistic) that you sold / swapped / destroyed, what would it be? What do you miss the most?

My Mum & Dad bought me on of these for my birthday one year when I was about 12;

Dad spent ages building it for me and when he finished it, it was mint. He did such a good paint job on it too. I played with it every day and polished it all the while the batteries were charging up!

Then a few years later I stupidly swapped it for a go-kart with some mates. I wish I still had that truck, because my Dad built it and it was awesome. Buying another (even a rare un-built kit) wouldn't cut it at all.

I would get back all the data that I lost with my old webhost, due to a communication "error" I lost all of my older websites and other random info.

I had a Grasshopper II radio controlled car, it was amazing Really want it again. Can't find any pics of the original, they seemed to have re-made it in 2005 but looks a bit different.

Second to that would be my Amiga 500 and games.

my old Sega Megadrive, and all the games, sold it for pittance to buy a PC, and it was the most appauling thing ever, .116gHz processor, 2Gb HDD, 256 RAM

could just about store Windows, and 1 game demo :/

My first car, loved it put a lot of work into it. Even though it was a genric astra it had a lot of character.

If it wasn't crashed it would be supporting about 200~bhp and full GSI kit right now.

I wish I'd not chucked out the obscure "Pong" console I had in the mid-70s. It sat in a trunk for a good 20 years before it was finally disposed of, and it wasn't all that long afterwards that I realised it would have become a bit of collector's item.

So I bought one from eBay 7 weeks ago. Not quite the same as mine, but I do love it .
Just need another 100 or so games and a Joystick!

I originally sold it to buy a portable TV for an Amiga 600 I was getting for christmas.

One of them? Think I had one when I was younger, also had one which jumped when pressing a button, batteries used to last about 10 mins though, cant remember what it was called, miss that one lol
