It's snowing

snowed again earlier today for a bit just enough to make the roads slippy. It's the bloody temps of -10 which are causing issues - the pavements are literally like a skating rink.

Took some pictures but nothing amazing really. Most of the hills round here are covered in snow which is awesome. Here's one taken today .

And down in the south east it's not even below freezing...

Apparently we are supposed to be going into a "coldest period in years", well maybe the rest of the country but my area is only just hitting below freezing at night, let alone day...

Crap, i've got to travel from yorkshire to norfolk today (around 150miles) and apparently its snowing in both places lol!

I just saw the weather on the BBC One programme Country Tracks and they've forecast significant snowfall next week, especially for the South East.

Just been for a walk and it was up to my knees in places . My legs are killing from trawling through all the snow.

Its just started snowing again as well . Just hope i get the day off work tomorrow as i doubt I'll be able to get out of bed lol.

It's snowing like crazy here near Middlesbrough (about 12 miles away) and I'm dreading the journey to work in the morning.

Don't think I've ever worked at a company that has cancelled work due to snow. Here's hoping for an extra day off work.

Just started snowing here,watched the clouds come over from essex side of the thames,big old flakes too.

It's not snowed here in Leics, but my god it's cold - the frost last night was immense, every bit of road that is in the shade is still frozen even now.
The frozen bits are like a skating rink, there's going to be some big offs tonight if it stays like this because most of the general public are milling around like it's middle of summer.
