Measured what we got last night:

On part of the driveway where it was 100% clear we got 5". And on areas we hadn't cleared since the last snowfall there's now 8".

Spent the afternoon with the neighbours clearing two tracks on the hill, and now three 4x4s have successfully made it up.

WHAT!

Woke up this morning to find an inch extra on top of the 1.5" of snow we had last week and assumed everyone else got about the same... How have we missed all the decent snow again?!

Some teenagers near our house were building a massive igloo earlier, I guess they were inspired by the one on BBC News yesterday. It was only about half done, I wonder if they'll be motivated enough to finish it tomorrow...

This morning the road surfaces looked like crap with the cars driving through it, it looked like a slush of dirt. I mean seriously. It had consistency and all.

Here is a in progress build with my 6year old. Its big enough for me to sit in and i'm 5'10
