Well, as usual, the Daily Express, aka the Daily ****, were wrong - no snow today.
To be fair my brother was called in on his day off today to setup a teleconference with the local councils, nhs, met office, environmental agency, armed forces and other parties due to the flooding on the somerset levels being upgraded to a "major incident" and part of that which was taken very seriously was that there was an outlier of major snowfall for the west of the UK including the south west for the next 24 hours which preparation for had to be built into ongoing operations as a precaution - it was completely possible given the conditions though not a likely outcome.
That said those express articles are turning into a stupid joke dunno why they are still publishing them when the source has been discredited entirely at a professional level.
