this. really grinds my gears when people moan about the heat in this country. moan when its too cold. moan when its too wet.

get away from your hot pc and to a park and enjoy it. some people it seems just love to have a moan

But... you just moaned too?

And I think it's funny. It's somehow accepted to whine about it being cold but not hot. Who decided that was the thing to do?

I was in Doha 2 years ago with work. Landed at 4am in the morning and it was 38C. I agree, you haven't felt heat until you've been to the Middle East.

Isn't that a dry heat? Humidity is much worse! Humidity makes it all damp and sticky!

I don't actually think it's that hot! the forecasted rain in the afternoon should cool everyone off!

Unfortunately it couldn't be further from the truth where I am, humidity out here can be anywhere from 0% to 90% the cooling sea breeze does not seem to exist here

Best thing to do is have a cold bath before bed. Takes all the heat out of your body and you get a good nights rest. Done it for the last 2 nights and slept through. Bliss.

Was scorching this morning in the exam and when I walked home the sky started turning black.

It's now raining heavily, the humidity is stupidly high and I am predicting a thunderstorm very soon.

Walking home after the exam in this heat is not a very good idea. Head ache from exam then bam losing a lot of water while walking I felt like dieing when I walked into my house.

This weather would be awesome if it tailed off towards the evening. It doesn't though, it stays hot & humid through the night and makes it very uncomfortable sleeping.

Also echoing what others have said about the vast difference in hot weather over here compared to abroad. Was much hotter when I was in Rome but it was much more comfortable.

My portable a/c was cheap and quite noisy tbh, but now I've gotten used to it I honestly wonder how I ever lived without it, I was lucky to purchase one with a front directional vent so I can have the chilled air blasting right at me
