It's too hot :(

The ridiculous situation of being too cold having picked an office desk apparently right under the AC vents. I may have to don the emergency jumper. It's like a lost property jumper though at this point.
I hate this. Needing to bring a jacket to the office on a super hot day in order to put it on when I go inside where the AC is on. It's sheer stupidity. It's not even always that I'm sitting right under the vent - often the AC is just set too low and you need a jacket wherever you sit.

Screw the planet I guess.

Washed the car this morning at 8am with a cool 16 degrees and shaded driveway. Started the interior an hour or so later, a sudden thunderstorm and hailstones left me drenched

And that is the British weather we love. None of this 35C and no wind crap - get that out of here.

When I lived / worked in the middle east I had to wear a full suit shirt and tie but I was glad as inside the offices were absolutely freezing. the short walk from the office to the car/metro was pretty stifling though in summer as it's often well over 40. Sometimes 50s!

I can't even pretend to understand 50 degrees of heat

Heat isn't gone here, still 30c and getting muggy.
Same here, now its approaching mid afternoon, very muggy feeling and heat, even though the recorded temp is a bit lower and its cloudy, it doesnt feel "cool" or "fresh". Probably because my area missed all the rain/storms, so the muggy air never got swept away.

No air movement at all, not even a breeze.
