It's too hot :(

It's nice and warm in Shropshire today at 66f but I am cold sitting in here -- yesterday was cold at 57f

Just logged up and am now going to light a fire and read my book with glass of Brandy to warm me up. :)

Pretty much, worst summer (if you can call it that) I've had in the southwest, almost non existent, I hope this isn't going to be the norm now because it's very depressing, seriously considering moving abroad.

you had 7 consecutive days of sun stop complaining!

I'd take 3 days of consecutive sun right now, never mind 7. :p

Probably time to rename the seasons. Winter, Spring, Sprautumn, Autumn, Winter.

The forecast towards the end of this week going into next looks better compared to the last few days. I came back a few weeks ago from 10 days straight of 30C+ sunshine in Seattle/Bellevue and felt incredibly depressed for the few days after. I wish the heatwave started the day after I got back because it happened while I was away :( The weather has been remarkably average (worse at times) since the middle of the month. But still, we have August and September has been warm on occasion (2011 anyone?)

It's not been much of a summer here. With a one year old, I can't easily get away. The two week forecast dosen't show a dramatic improvement either.

Depressed :(

Too cold, back to wearing jumpers :(

Heard that august is going to be really hot though, hopefully it starts on the first with a bit of sun for my mums wedding, don't want to be sweating though!

Mmmm! Can't wait for all that sweat for working out.

Living in the south of Hampshire pretty much guarantees a proper summer unfortunately.
Think we've had about 4 days of rain since the start of May :(

The summer in our country is hands down embarrassing.

20 years ago as a kid I would wake up and 9/10, it'd be a clear blue sky every summer day.

Summer? Oh you mean the three days "heatwave" before Autumn arrived and sneezed straight into Winter.

Better get used to it if there is any truth to the solar cycle/el nino long range predictions which supposedly mean changeable and wetter seasons will be more dominant interspersed with cold spells for the next decade.
