Manager is late so me and my colleagues are just relaxing at nearby Soho Square until the other manager turns up! Hot European women around here. What a lovely view. I usually hate Thursdays.

Ha ha, the women in the office has suddenly become competitive again. The pencil skirts are getting tighter and the heels higher and higher. I swear one girl has come in wearing 5" heels today!

i managed to find a brand new bit of black asphalt on my bike yesterday, on the climbs over the cliffs near freshwater and it felt like the temp went from 30c to 35c right at the steepest part arrgghh! after that i spent about 10 miles just trying to cool down a bit.

still, loving this weather

I cycled over Waterloo Bridge to lower marsh market for some jerk beef and very good it was too. I'm making every effort to spend lunchtime outside while the good weather lasts.
