It's too hot :(

its melting outside at the moment, I'm really feeling it in my temperature controlled lab at work, its gone from 20 degrees in the winter and now its 20 degrees cant take this!

but at home I'm having to sleep with a towel on me to stop me "wetting the bed" as the Mrs puts it

I bought an AC unit last year from Homebase, one of the best things I have even bought!

Yes its big, heavy and quite noisy but its epic at cooling the place!

If she sheets aren't damp already then you're letting your man down

Ordered my air con today, my brother has one in his flat and it is like winter almost, like the heat doesn't even exist!

I haven't played PC games for about 5 days due to the head, mine is being delivered tomorrow and I CANNOT wait!

Living in London, 3 floor town house end of terrace so it gets baked all day long from east to west and by the evening my room is like a Sauna, can almost feel the water droplets in the air.

Managed to hit 32C today and haven't been below 27C in a week! (Indoor temp). Wish I could get AC but the free standing units would probably generate more heat than remove in my room. :/

Would love to stick a big US style unit in the garden and pipe AC into the house but alas would require demolishing and building a whole new house. :(
British building sucks balls.
