It's too hot :(

Each to their own, strange how some people love it and some hate it, I'm very much hate heat like last week camp, not just because you can't do things you love cause it's just too hot and have zero energy to do them. But it means global warming is going much worse and faster than feared, probably gone too far now to ever save, what's the good thing about it, just means the world is coming to end if we carry on polluting it. Sure it might mean for those that love hot weather in Spain we now get their weather temps but fact is we shouldn't be getting them, not trying to preach but just see no positives in the whole global warming catastrophe, just the future getting more uninhabitable for lots of parts of the planet directly harm animals, destroy the places they live, and wreak havoc on people's livelihoods and communities.

Ah this is why I like the heat. One of my main hobbies lends well to the heat. So I can do it longer, it's more enjoyable and easy to Do after work.

On climate:
Yeah it's too late I think. Well, Its not to late technically, But it's too late in reality. We are never going to cut emissions enough to save us. The green stuff is being thrown out because we are struggling with cost of fossil fuels. As a society of we chuck it out when things get difficult, it's never going to get done.

I'm sure not everyone will die but when whole cities are Submerged and there's less total food available etc things are going to get bad.

Feel sorry for kids now.

Yeah I guess some hobbies might benefit from the heat, but with little sleep I personally just never feel like moving and become a sloth for these heatwaves.

Don't think we'll be saved now cause greedy companies love profits too much and there maybe alternatives out there to save things and turn it around but these corporations want higher profits and returns for their shareholders and just aint going to change their ways for less profits even to save the planet sadly., Little us people can do to stop them. Yeah not looking good for future generations.

Funny how just a couple of degrees make such a massive difference. Can't remember if celsius is logarithmic or not, but I seem remember that just a couple of degrees is quite significant.

I think for us it's more how far are we from the ideal temp for a human. if i recall, resting temp for a naked human body at rest doing nothing a tall is about 27c. So instead of thinking about 28c being "only" 3c warmer than 25c, it goes from being 2c under to 1c over what we actually should be at if we were doing absolutely nothing. Another celsius over is double the amount over what we can cope with etc...

Poorly articulated, but that's how I perceive it!

Of course - it depends on how quickly you acclimatise :)

I think we can have a positive impact, but as you say, the more profit companies make the harder it is to stop doing what you're doing even if it's bad.

Yeah my bod doesn't seem to acclimatise these days that's my problem lol, I suffer from sinus issues and the heat seems to make it hard to breath through my nose as it just blocks up and get this pressure all around my skull, summer seems to effect it somehow really bad so I dread summer weather, I'm ok in warm weather but comes on really bad when it gets really hot, must be something with the high pressure in the air or something, had it since 2012 and getting worse, made me lightheaded and nauseous most days last week. Hoping this week I'll get the constant pressure down somewhat to do things again.

woke up earlier and around 8am this morning it went super dark, unfortunatly no massive downpour but it's been drizzie/light rain most of the morning and now tbh, temp seems fair not cool nor too hot, feels very humid, forcast for tomorrow is looking better for more rain and a good chance of thunder/lightning. (fingers crossed)

Lots of people walking about with paddleboards sun burn :) Great for enjoying our water ways apart from the sewage dumping which needs to be made a criminal offence and banned outright. Invest instead of creaming profits.
