Each to their own, strange how some people love it and some hate it, I'm very much hate heat like last week camp, not just because you can't do things you love cause it's just too hot and have zero energy to do them. But it means global warming is going much worse and faster than feared, probably gone too far now to ever save, what's the good thing about it, just means the world is coming to end if we carry on polluting it. Sure it might mean for those that love hot weather in Spain we now get their weather temps but fact is we shouldn't be getting them, not trying to preach but just see no positives in the whole global warming catastrophe, just the future getting more uninhabitable for lots of parts of the planet directly harm animals, destroy the places they live, and wreak havoc on people's livelihoods and communities.

Funny how just a couple of degrees make such a massive difference. Can't remember if celsius is logarithmic or not, but I seem remember that just a couple of degrees is quite significant.
Yeah I guess some hobbies might benefit from the heat, but with little sleep I personally just never feel like moving and become a sloth for these heatwaves.
Don't think we'll be saved now cause greedy companies love profits too much and there maybe alternatives out there to save things and turn it around but these corporations want higher profits and returns for their shareholders and just aint going to change their ways for less profits even to save the planet sadly., Little us people can do to stop them. Yeah not looking good for future generations.
Of course - it depends on how quickly you acclimatise![]()
I think we can have a positive impact, but as you say, the more profit companies make the harder it is to stop doing what you're doing even if it's bad.
Yesterday was 28C and today we've got 30C with some thunder. What a lovely day - mild rain all morning but best bit is gone from 35C to 21C and it's fresh.
I've never seen so much rain in all my life. Holy crap it's pouring it down.

Watching the pulses of rain on the wunderground radar to the west of us... moving eastwards, and then petering out just before they get hereSod all here in York still around 30 and horrible.
