It's too hot :(

Just got back to s Wales and the temperature has dropped, but the humidity is horrible. The ground was wet, so there must gave been some rain today.

I have all the windows open in the hope I'll be able to sleep tonight.

I have been informed I am not allowed to put my pants in the freezer again, damn it!

Malicious compliance, put them in the fridge.

N Cambridge still no water .. 2nd time in 10 days, I want blood this time, or refunded standing charge;
apparently the pipes really shift in dry weather causing leaks.
I'd head down to the river Ouse with a bar of soap, but there could be foreign bodies.

Still warm, still dry. Room bottomed out at 25.9C which is just too much. But it doesnt feel cooler than when it was 28C, I think due to the air been muggy, needs some rain and wind to clear out.

Accuweather has 88% chance of rain, will the weather guys actually get it right for once.

Outside is apparently 18C but it definitely isnt lol.

Despite the forecast the rain radar doesn't seem to show much other than some patchy drizzle until around 4pm when we should get a moderate amount of rain. It has been pushed back and scaled down compared to previous forecasts as it got closer.

EDIT: Yesterday was fairly crisp and cool around this time, today it is humid and I think best described as tepid feeling.

Looking at the metoffice map, there’s currently a large bar of rain and storms approaching from the south coast.

If it all fizzles out and disappears by the time it gets inland I’m gonna scream.

Prepare to scream, you know it will happen.

Looking at the map now (not sure if same one) just white clouds where I am, it seems to be the same areas getting the rain again and again (scotland, north west, south west, south coast), with the dry areas staying dry.

7pm its predicting light rain here, and thunderstorms in all surrounding areas, couldnt make it up with my weather luck. Basically the north prongs of the storm east and west of me, then I expected 10pm to show main part of storm over me but just vanishes lol.

Friday and Saturday its showing sunny again, no storm in between. :((

According to the metoffice app and google, 90% chance of rain and thunder at midday!!!

I waits with baited breath…

I followed the storm down to the Essex coast yesterday, which is where it turned left, missed Kent completely and visited Holland.
