My point was that people tend to focus on the world heating up rather than the fact that climate change creates a shift in weather systems, currents, seasons etc.. this in term impacts migration, crops, and so on...

At some point the poles will reverse which will bring it's own issues possibly - too, again only natural elements that happen in nature but it does have knock on impacts.

Will i have to buy a new compass? I can see a lot of ramblers getting lost in the woods.

Wait until tomorrow if you are in UK. News says we expecting 1 month of rain in a day.

Probably, it happens every 300,000 years or so, so I doubt you need to worry for now!
I suspect that the immediate climate emergency may be more an issue than magnetic pole reversal, just a hunch
