It's too hot :(

This weekend better be the harbinger for summer I've been promised by the weather woman.

If not I'm gonna rage!

Hoping to break kayak or board out for first time (wind/waves level depending)

It was blowing a gale last night didn't hear that on the forecast today its grey and chilly but not so far away theres serious flooding I'm surprised its taken so long we've had so much rain over past weeks but its quietened down a bit lately

Just when you think you're about to have the first day without rain in recent memory to go with the milder temperature. This country's weather is ****.

Nothing mean about it. Some of us prefer cooler weather and don't want to feel like we're constantly being slowly boiled. I like summer but I absolutely hate the heat, or more accurately the heat really hates me. :)

It's never hot in the UK though. Warm for a day or two sure but it's never unbearably hot for a long time. Anyway as I said I'd be happy to compromise warm weather for cool mid 20s for several months.

Just don't see the point in it being hotter, things just get progressively worse the hotter it goes.

It's just about comfort for me. I enjoy being warm and dislike the feeling of being cold. This country does fall apart when it gets mild. Anything above 20c and people lose their minds!
