That's Rhossili Bay on the worms head. You can see the seal on paddle board or kayak.
The peninsula is narrow and juts out. You can walk on it but the seal are way far down.

I have a video of them popping up around my kayak. They are usually here when I go. It's a lovely experience

What's Great about this time of the year is that I can go to my dojo and the sun is shining as I drive there at 6am. Also it's not freezing so I don't have to spend forever warming up just to get the feelings back in my toes and my fingers.

I'd take the duvet over the wife, who clutches the duvet around her head and moans at you for pulling it off when you get into bed, thinks kneeing you in the back or nether regions is cuddling you, or if you cuddle them clamps your hand in a vice like grip so you lose all feeling in said hand. Also you have the hot flushes all during the night (thankfully these are rare now)
