New wife needed.
*Checks house insurance first*Be careful of that type of thing and wear thick gloves
Looking forward for those self robot ones coming down in price.Mowed the lawn this morning and man did the heat take it out of me. It's times like this I like to quote Murtaugh "I'm too old for this ****"
Up here in Newcastle we have Geordies melting in the streets, we're acclimatised to survive in near-zero temperatures in just t-shirt and shorts. Anything over 15c is a fire hazard!
That's not goodIf it turns to thunderstorms, we'll be on tender hooks to see if we get flooded.
Don't need thunderstorms, they cause too much trouble. Nice gentle rain at night after I've walked the dog would be idealCan't wait for thunderstorms. I'll be stocking up my water butts. Down to about 300L now. My max capacity is 1000L.
So just normal temps?Where I am is not feeling particularly warm atm compared to yesterday
Hope "with the fan on " isn't a sly way of meaning something else?only supposed to be 12 degrees now, but it still feels very summery and warm here. Just laying on the duvet with the fan on, bloody lovely
Yeah, that’s what feels like here. Fresher, despite what the temps sayWeird, local Weather Unground app reckons it's 26C (feels like 25C), but our lounge feels much fresher today, despite only being ~0.5C cooler than yesterday's peak at 23.9C.
Leaving the lounge windows open all night must have helped, not that I was up before 1100 to see how cool the lounge dropped to!
Only now starting to get borderline about stick fan on low, yesterday it was on 11ish.
I hope you took some pictures. Where you live is amazing.Really warm today, just walked 10 miles for an onion, got a right sweat on

No I did see them there too!haha, didn't you go to Norway to try to see the northern lights recently- and didn't see them there?
Bloody typical really.
That's absolutely magical! Adore it.No I did see them there too!
