Weather seems to be late realising it is a Bank Holiday weekend coming up, forecast to be dry here so far!

Been working outdoors building a storage unit, not actually too hot but at times the sun was reasonably strong enough I had to keep my time fully exposed to it limited.

It's very hot in Padstow, glad I bought a big sun screen , I don't like super heating car interiors as I've had gear lever bushes melt in my old one

That logic doesn't work on me, I've always ran warm and felt hot above ~22C, whether I've been skinny or overweight.

So why did ~15C feel warm when our weighing scales said I was under 10% fat in 2017?

The logic being my belly's fat so I get hot but my arms and legs have no fat so they get cold. There you go perfect heat regulator

To be fair I warm up well when I'm active just sitting at a desk I find very disagreeable when it's cold.
