and once again a thunderstorm meant the windows had to be mostly closed. It did eventually dip down to 27C in the bedroom, still far too warm!

Love being outside in the heat, but absolutely hate being indoors, just too hot and stifling. Our thermostat hasn't dipped below 29c for about 3 days, I'd love a good nights sleep, but I doubt that will be tonight.

We've had the curtains on the south side of the house shut and the opposite on the north side and had them all open, loft hatch open and closed, makes zero difference! I think the big man upstairs will be moving the furniture around within the next hour, hopefully clear the air a bit!
