Just got back from a 18 mile bike ride through epping forest... absolutley lovely. Bit of a breeze going on right now which is nice. Top tip! Put a towel in the freezer and wipe yourself down with it later on.

You should keep it in the fridge. Really cold chocolate is amazing.

Agreed, I always keep chocolate in the fridge. But, there are a few things I find it doesn't work on. Like the soft centre Lindt lindor chocs, they are better at (normal) room temp and I had some chocolate covered Brazil nuts the other day, they didn't improve from being cold either.

Just got back from a drive, car was registering 41° outside temp, it's a lot hotter than yesterday!
