I don't believe the water reservoirs are at concerning levels yet. Obviously not to encourage people to waste water, but not at the point of it being alarming yet.

Went out for lunch earlier and was out all of 10 minutes and that was unbearable compared to yesterday, feel for the people working outside in this as I'm sat in work with the aircon at a cool 22c.
