I reinstalled the latest edition of quicktime and it seems to of brought back the sound stutter issue of 7.0 despite using Itunes 7.01.

Sure you didn't accidentally download the itunes + quicktime (7.0) then reinstalled over the top?

Yep, definately just d/l Quicktime.

new itunes is great...however the new i pod is a lil different as the screen is 60% brighter and 30% slimmer than the previous model

Is anyone elses iTunes still jumpy? It doesn't crack up or break like it used to but when I'm editing a large .JPEG or something in Paintshopro XI the sound goes choppy still

Ok, I'm starting to get really hacked off with my 5G rebooting about every 4-5 tracks. It only started after the last software update. It only reboots during track changes, either manual or automatic. It's really bloody inconvenient, especially when I'm cycling.

Bought a iPod 5G few weeks ago, and have been using it with iTunes 7.0 then 7.01, and its worked perfect from day one (no issues what so ever). Very impressed with it so far. Even my 15 month old baby girl watches Pocoyo videos on it while in the car etc
