I would love to know how the companies get away with selling these retro Arcade machine and console with over 1000 games tbh. Do they have to pay royalties for every game rom or not?

I’ve got one from Bitcade. The cabinet itself is very good but the PC running the Hyperspin front end is a scratched ex business desktop running a pirate copy of Windows…
