I've been scammed what can I do?

Find out his address. Send a recorded delivery letter, stating what you are owed and giving a deadline.

When that deadline passes, file a case with the small-claims court (can do this online) with as much evidence as you can of the transaction and what has/hasn't been received.

Or chalk it up to experience and move on.

drive to his house, explain you either want the items or your money back. stay cool. see what he says.

if he decides not to play ball just tell him you'll see him in court. start a small claims court, it costs £25 up to £300, £35 for more. you'll get that back when you win. you have the proof in your correspondence, easy win. court will make him pay.

edit.

just read it is over £50. forget what i wrote then :)
