Make a mould of your penis, then smoosh loads of jaffa cakes in there.
Else, get a bit of mdf, draw your heart on it, cut it out with a jigsaw. Make two of the exact same measurement, then get some verky flexible plywood and tack round neatly to make a 3D heart.
After this its a case of buying loads of jaffa cakes (which you want to put in a seperate present. And then using to spray glue to trim it in the cardboard boxes.
If you're struggling to get a good heart shape drawn out big, see if you can use a projector to project the image onto it then carefully draw round, I helped a mate do a giant heartagram in the same way.
Else you could try sewing her a cushion the shape of a jaffa cake? Get some nice fabrics and that, depends if you're any good at sewing.
Maybe you could just put loads of jaffa cakes on your penis and let her eat them off?

this there is absolutely nothing hard about it. but instead of a giant one make more normal sized ones. Using a heart shaped pastry cutter.
Ask for some one to photo shop you the box graphics onto a heart shaped box. print out, cut and fold.

You could definitely make that giant Jaffa in the shape of a heart, it requires basically no cookery skills at all!
Or
Have a vasectomy, get a black tattoo of a Jaffa cake on your forehead, and buy a replica staff weapon.
