Are the 280x gfx cards going to go up in price as of Feb?

Was looking to wait for a good deal on a 280x that included bf4.
 
Can I just confirm that the Powercolor Devil 270x warranty is with you guys for any returns? Just also want to confirm that the game codes, BF4 and the Ruby are in date as I have heard of some of them being expired (not from here btw).

If all is good, I will order one tonight. How these little new cards are getting nearly double the frame rates of a 6970 is amazing, and this is without Mantle.

whats the difference between the
MSI Radeon R9 280X Gaming Edition LE 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card @ £229.99 inc VAT

MSI Radeon R9 280X Gaming Edition OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card @ £245.99 inc VAT..

look at the the specs and they seem the same... have i missed something?
