January Transfer Rumours

I hope Yeading get a sell on. As someone who is a regular at non-league football, a sell on from even £500,000 can make a huge difference to a club.

DJ has signed for £500k + appearance related stuff, excellent business for all parties:)
Birmingham sign another player, there's a surprise!

He gave Sunderland a tough time but I'm not sure if he's PL level. I'm prepared for him to prove me wrong though.

Isn't he a right back?
Yeah he is, but it just seems that anyone who plays LB for us this season gets injured not long after. First Cole, then Clichy, then Cygan when he got moved there, then Cole again, and now Lauren. I feel sorry for Djourou or whoever gets played there, it's probably only a matter of time for them!

hes worth a gamble, rather than some half hearted foreign bloke for a pretty penny :)
That's true, I suppose it's nice to see teams give lower league players a chance rather foreign imports for a change.

Aliadiere (sp?!) has moved to wolves aparently. No idea whether its on loan or permanently though. Supposedly on the West Ham web site.

That wouldn't surprise me either, he was never going to make it at Arsenal, although he is a talented player.

I think Andres D'Alessandro to Pompey should be a good move for him, once called the new Maradona, from the many new Maradona's that came out that is... :D

Aliadiere is a loan, as the departures of Quincy and Bentley mean we now need someone to fill our "11th best forward" vacancy :)

Apparently Spurs have made a late move for Danny Murphy, as they don't have enough midfielders.

Murphy to Spurs is the 2nd most bizzare transfer this transfer window, behind Fowler. I can't understand why they want him.

Murphy has put in some class performances this season, even got player of the month award once if i remember correctly. He is underrated IMO, a good signing for spurs.
