A horribly obvious cover up, but by an administration that promised to reveal all. It's enough to make me consider revisiting the pizzagate / 'satanic paedophiles rule the world' tier of conspiracy theory from yesteryear.
I suppose we're as likely to get more, better, and unedited footage of what went down in Epstein's cell block that night as we are from the cameras around the Pentagon during 9/11.
The theory that resonates with me most right now is not that Trump - and the former 'sceptics of the narrative' that he's put in to positions of power - have suddenly seen the light, but that they and their families have been threatened with the kind of treatment only the most vicious Mexican drug cartels are thought capable of.
Of course the usual suspects will be along shortly to shout down the idea of conspiracy, while at the same time repeating ad hominem that Russiagate is real and Putin has video of Trump doing an R. Kelly on women, which is how Putin got Trump in to power and how the US is not delivering the decisive support to Ukraine to end that conflict.
That is the Glastonbury tier of thought that dominates and reinforces itself on this forum.

It seems clear that the contents of the files, for I do believe they exist, are likely to include a great many politicians on both sides, likely some very popular and well known celebrities as well as Trump himself. There's a growing train of thought too that there are recordings stored somewhere secret and that it might not actually be Russia behind Epstein and the recordings, but Israel. And they're happy to sit on them until they want something and are happy to blackmail or coerce people when required to get what they want.

I only listen to the radio headlines with regards to this story. On R4 last week it mentioned that according to the latest report no one entered Epstein cell for X hours (8 springs to mind) after which he was found dead. Putting aside the murder idea for a moment. How often should he have been monitored? Was he in a regular jail or was he in a court cell? As a peripheral viewer of the story I was thinking "how could he be not found for so long"?
If you're going to try and look clever by using a latin phrase, then it's best to use the right one else you make yourself look a right numpty!
It was a federal prison and since he was found at ~6am I guess that interlude was just the normal night time period.
He had been on suicide watch when he was first at that prison due to having possibly attempted it a few weeks before, but he was taken off it after 6 days, 12 days before he died.
