Coach led Warm Up
Complex - 15:00 for Max Load
1 x Squat Snatch
1 x Hang Squat Snatch
1 x High Hang Squat Snatch
Good fun, very cold today so not feeling incredibly mobile but managed to work my way up to and complete 75Kg for the complex. Had one shot at 80Kg and made it through to the high hang but unfortunately couldn't make the lift.
Then
15:00 to Set Max Load
1 x Back Squat
Squatting felt good. Went up as follows 80/90/100/110/120/130/140/145Kg. Was feeling solid and thought with my last lift I would have a shot at 155Kg, but it wasn't to be my day. Oh well, there is always tomorrow!
